Abdullah Talha Tosun

Abdullah Talha Tosun is a Turkish-born attorney with a passion for immigration law. He earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Istanbul University in 2021, after which he joined an immigration firm in Istanbul specializing in Turkish citizenship processes.

Seeking to expand his expertise, Mr. Tosun moved to the United States to pursue a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the University of Georgia, one of the top 20 law schools in the country. During his graduate studies, he worked as a graduate assistant at UGA Immigration Services, where he focused on employment-based Green Card cases, including EB-1 and EB-2. After completing his LL.M. in 2023, he successfully passed the New York State Bar Exam and has been a licensed attorney in New York since January 2025.

Since 2023, Mr. Tosun has been expanding his expertise in business immigration, family-based immigration, asylum law, and removal defense.

Beyond his legal career, Mr. Tosun enjoys cooking, playing strategy games, watching movies, and traveling to new destinations. He is happily married and has a son.

His diverse experiences in both Turkey and the U.S. continue to shape his work as an immigration attorney, helping individuals and families navigate complex legal processes.
