Yusuf Barutcu is the Managing Attorney for Business Immigration at Yellow Law Group, where he leads a global team handling investor and talent-based visa matters across the United States. He brings a unique combination of legal precision and operational innovation to the practice, having founded CaseBright, a legal technology platform designed to automate workflows for immigration law firms. With a 95%+ approval rate across complex visa categories including E-1, E-2, EB-1, EB-2 NIW, EB-5, H-1B, L-1, and O-1, he advises high-net-worth individuals and multinational corporations navigating the full spectrum of U.S. business immigration.
Yusuf holds an LL.M. from American University Washington College of Law, is admitted to the New York Bar, and holds the CIPP/US certification in data privacy. Before joining Yellow Law Group, he practiced asylum and removal defense, founded his own immigration firm, and served on Google’s Legal Investigations Support team.
